NO innerHTML.\n  No template literals, arrow functions or optional chaining.\n  No flex gap (older Safari), sticky carries the webkit prefix,\n  the clock face has a solid colour under its conic gradient,\n  and no styling depends on the i element, which themes restyle.\n\nVERSION 2 CHANGES (September 2026 audit)\n  1. The designed against evidenced panel went green on an empty\n     reading. Every answer at zero showed \"closely aligned, broadly\n     demonstrable\". It now weighs the LEVEL of evidence as well as\n     the gap, and green requires every quadrant to be evidenced.\n  2. The gap was design total minus evidence total, so one quadrant\n     could cancel another and the gap could be negative. It is now\n     the shortfall counted quadrant by quadrant, never negative.\n  3. First moves were chosen by band alone, so the page could tell\n     a reader to \"build the inventory\" after they scored their\n     inventory 3 of 3. Moves are now chosen from the weakest answer\n     inside each quadrant.\n  4. Tied quadrants are reported as tied, not as the first one.\n  5. The board summary now opens with the ask, lists quadrants\n     worst first, and reports contradictions between answers.\n  6. A Clear button was added (two taps, so answers are not lost by\n     accident), and changing an answer hides a stale reading.\n  7. Crosswalk: EU AI Act Article 28 is notifying authorities, not\n     the value chain; the reference was removed.\n\nSCORING MODEL\n  16 questions, 4 per quadrant, 0 to 3.
