TPRS – Product Brief
TPRS turns one spreadsheet per project into a current, customer-safe, executive-grade program report — a dimension radar, a workstream×dimension matrix, a “what changed since last period” strip, a plan-on-a-page roadmap, bullet graphs, a risk burndown and a budget→EAC waterfall — behind a named-authorizer gate. No manual dashboards.
The online experience follows how the best complex-program reporting works: headline first, insight always, detail on demand.
A glanceable Overview: overall status, trend, health score, decisions needed and auto-written insights — before any table.
A dimension radar against the Green target, and a workstream×dimension health matrix — see where the portfolio is strong or exposed at a glance.
Every period opens with what moved since last time — which projects slipped or recovered, and the new risks — so attention goes where it is needed.
Every milestone on one timeline, grouped by workstream, coloured by status, with critical gates and the current period marked.
Bullet graphs for progress-vs-plan, a risk heat-map with a burndown, and a budget→EAC waterfall — the forms the evidence says executives read most accurately.
One dataset, role lenses — Board/CEO, CFO, CIO/Delivery, CTO/Risk — each landing on the screen that role cares about first.
Internal detail can never reach a customer view — enforced in the data, proven by an automated leak audit.
Updates are held until a named CPM/Authorizer previews exactly what would publish and approves it.
Each report is one file that opens offline, stamped “data as of” the period — no external scripts, fonts or trackers.
Real output from the current engine on synthetic demonstration data — not mock-ups.
PMs update one standard .xlsx per project per period. TPRS validates it, scores BRAG health across Schedule, Delivery, Risk, Readiness and Financial, rolls it up to workstream and program, and publishes a self-contained web report and a PowerPoint deck.
The same engine, two deployment models.
- Kyndryl Bridge — container + SharePoint, Bridge RBAC & account separation
- Self-hosted — a VM behind your web tier, with file-system storage
- BRAG health with weighted dimensions, roll-ups, overrides and trends
- Signed licensing, no egress, reversible lock on expiry (never a kill switch)
- Optional protected build: native-compiled core + signed integrity check
Every release is gated on a full automated suite and a confidentiality audit.
- Full automated test suite across calculation, validation, licensing, end-to-end and the reporting
- Customer outputs scanned for leaks on every build
- Validated on Python 3.11, 3.13 and 3.14 (Ubuntu 22.04 / 24.04 / 26.04)
- Exec (CEO/CIO/CFO/CTO/Board), visual-communication and functionality audits
